White Face Crew are following the footsteps of many awesome Kiwi performers and heading to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this year!

We're taking our clown show La Vie Dans Une Marionette as part of the NZatEdinburgh season, and we need a little boost.

Creative NZ have backed us with support for flights, freight and fringe registration fees, and now we still need to pay for remount rehearsals, accommodation in a shared flat, food & living expenses for a whole month in Edinburgh!

We have collected our cash, broken the piggy banks, worked our tooshes off at gigs, and battled with our excel spreadsheets to save up $15,000 of White Face Crew money to go. We need a wee bit more, and that's why we are seeking your kind support.

Tama Jarman is leading the team across, and we're stoked to be taking 2 new cast members Chris Ofanoa and Nikki Bennett. OG cast members Jarod Rawiri and Justin Haiu will stay back in NZ to keep the fires burning, but they'll be dispensing advice to our new performers in rehearsals (aka cracking the whip).

Join us on our journey to share a White Face Crew show with the world!

  • Tickled Pink

Thanks to our latest donations we’ve hit 52%! We are tickled pink to be over half way towards our Boosted Target!

We’ve got 5 days left to raise all our funds, then we’ll be off to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

It’s so exciting for us to be part of the NZatEdinburgh Programme alongside other New Zealand artists. We are going to be at the Festival for a whole month, performing 25 shows over 27 days at the Gilded Balloon at the Museum - thanks to all our donors we will be able to house and feed the company for a month in Edinburgh!

If you’d like to see the show before we go, we’ll be performing at Te Pou Theatre on Sunday 9 July - tickets are on sale now!

We’d love to see you there!

  • Here's to friendships!

It's exciting for us to see our Boosted donations increased to 36% last week. Thanks to everyone for your support!

We've just wrapped our fundraising performances in Whangarei, our new cast did three great shows.

Our show is a tale of a friendship between a pianist and a puppet, and we're forming our own great friendships on tour!

We're looking forward to sharing the show with Auckland audiences at Te Pou on Sunday 9 July before we head off to Edinburgh.

If you know anyone you think might like to support us please help us spread the word. We've got 9 days to go! To download our donations we need to reach our target, it's all or nothing.

    Cheers to friends!

    Here's to friendships!
  • Over the Moon!

We’re at 25% of our overall goal!

Thank you so much to everybody who has donated already. We’re over the moon to be on our way to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with your support!

Our very own moon Jarod Rawiri (pictured) has handed the mantle over to La Luna Nikki Bennett.

Tama, Nikki and Chris are jamming in the rehearsal room gearing up for performances in NZ before we go. We’ll be in Whangarei on 1 & 2 July and Te Pou Theatre in New Lynn on Sunday 9 July. Come and see the show you’re supporting, we’d love to entertain you! https://www.iticket.co.nz/events/2017/jul/la-vie-dans-une-marionette

We need another $3750 of donations to reach our target. Every donation is hugely appreciated and gets us closer to our goal.

Help us spread the world so we can spread the White Face Crew magic with audiences in the UK!

    Over the Moon!
