Christienne Jauregui

After completing her Bachelor of Arts in the University of Auckland, Christienne pursued a creative career as a freelance videographer, producer and director. She has brought directorial visions to life as a producer in Gorjan Markovski’s The Prince (2015) and Last Late Night Ride (2016) directed by Jakob Twidle.

As a director, Christienne revels in the quiet terrors and absurdities of everyday life, as seen in Craving (2015) a twisted micro comedy about drunken binge-eating and The Red Man (2016) which shows the alternate reality of a high-functioning neurotic.

This year she is back at the University of Auckland for her Honours in Screen Production and is looking to expand her director’s reel with more short films and documentaries.
