Zoe George

Zoë is an aspiring musical theatre performer, a full time broadcaster with RNZ, and part time podcaster with wispsports.com.

After an eight year hiatus to travel around the world, and to pursue a career in broadcasting, Zoë returned to the stage in 2015 in Upper Hutt Musical Theatre's Jesus Christ Superstar; Porirua Little Theatre's Evita, and most recently Wellington Musical theatre's Sister Act.

In the past two years she's been taught or directed by some of the most talented people in industry, including Jane Keller, Fiona McCabe, Michael Nicholas Williams and Kate Marshall.

She's been in front of a microphone since the age of 12, first in radio then on stage. She's always said that if she wasn't in broadcasting, she'd be in theatre and now she's been given an opportunity to make that dream a reality.
