Tim Bradley

Tim was born in Rotorua, New Zealand, attended Lynmore Primary School and John Paul College. He has participated in drama lessons and competitions from 9 years old. Received Scholarships for Trinity 2007, 2012; Melda Townsley Prize for Excellence (Language and Expression) 2011. He participated in SGCNZ Festivals: 2012: Caliban, The Tempest, 2013: Malvolio, Twelfth Night and 2013: Meninius Agrippa, Coriolanus and played roles in two school plays: Hope Springs and The Silver Sword. Tim will study Speech and Drama 2014 and intends Arts and Law at University in 2014.

Tim is one of the 24 students selected from over 5500 secondary students to be members of the prestigious Shakespeare Globe Centre New Zealand Young Shakespeare Company 2014 (SGCNZ YSC 2014). This group of young people, chosen to represent New Zealand, will travel to the UK from 4-23 July 2014, where they will undertake intensive theatre workshops and rehearsals culminating in the public performance of an hour of a Shakespeare play on stage at Shakespeare’s Globe, London.
